Our Services.

There are many treatment centers across the country that promise results, so how is Summit different?

The Summit Difference

Summit is a community of care that is driven to guide a person through the intense personal work required to help them find their purpose and passion that will ultimately lead to true recovery and reintegration.

This self-work includes a focus on connections with others and finding one’s purpose in their community.

Summit also offers a place where housing and treatment are all found at one location.

We invite you to join us in engineering an atmosphere of belonging.

Summit Recovery Services

Level III.1

Program offers at least five hours per week of low intensity SUD treatment. The services facilitate the application of recovery skills, relapse prevention and emotional coping strategies. Services are offered in a residential, supportive environment.

Individuals served by 3.1 programs at Summit are guests with problems applying recovery skills, self-efficacy, or lack of connection to the community systems of work, education, or family life.

Guests engaged in this level of care are expected, after successfully completing the programs, to engage in employment or academic pursuits. These programs can serve patients who may not yet acknowledge that they have an SUD or other addictive problem.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

(Coming Soon) The intensive outpatient (IOP) level II.1 program provides screening, assessment, treatment, and referral for adults age 18 and over who require treatment services for more than 9 hours, but less than 12 hours, per week. The intensive outpatient program at SCH encompasses an 8 to 12 week program comprised of structured group and individual sessions, with family services as necessary.

Outpatient Treatment

The outpatient level I program provides screening, assessment, treatment, and referral for adults age 18 and over who require treatment services for 9 hours or less per week. The traditional outpatient program at SCH encompasses a weekly group program comprised of structured group and individual sessions, with family services as requested/needed by each guest.

Peer Recovery Support

The basis for recovery is to build trust, strong relationship bonds and hope. SCH believes that peers provide a unique perspective and ability to empathize with those in treatment for substance use disorder. Peers provide valuable guidance by sharing their own experiences in recovery.

Medication Assisted Treatment

In addition to the counseling components offered at SCH we also offers medication assisted treatment. Carefully monitored by medical and clinical staff we ensure that our guests are receiving the services appropriate for them. Buprenorphine and Vivitrol can be essential in one’s recovery journey.

Family Counseling Program

We will help each guest navigate their family dynamic and perception of the family, the strengths and weaknesses of the family, and the individual’s desire to involve the family in the treatment program.

Mental Health Services

Summit Community Health provides effective, readily available, comprehensive, and holistic mental health services. This includes the provision of assessment and ongoing mental health treatment services utilizing family, individual, and group treatment interventions. These recovery services offer help with bipolar disorder, dual diagnosis, anger management, anxiety, stress, depression, cognitive behavioral therapy, and life skills.

Aftercare

A successful aftercare plan supports ongoing recovery through evidence-based practices and a range of services that helps guests maintain motivation and momentum as they move forward in solo recovery and sobriety.
